Our standard UV spot cure assembly station will accommodate many of today's common UV spot curing applications.  These fixtures have been designed and refined to allow a wide variety of curing operations for numerous medical device and electronic components.  Each Spot Cure Station has multiple light guide mount options to orient the light guide legs in the optimal configuration for UV curing.   Each Spot Cure Station includes a machinable sliding tray that can be customized to hold your specific components including catheters, balloons, guidewires, needle-hub assemblies, jewelry, lenses, fiber optics, defibrillators, and introducers.

Constructed from anodized aluminum, stainless steel and polyacetal these enclosures are clean room ready and safe.   Each Spot Cure Station has a smoked Polycarbonate window to allow the operator to view low intensity visible light during the curing process (visual confirmation) without risk of UV exposure.  Watch the UV Curing Video.

The Spot Cure Station can be integrated with many spot cure and LED systems including EXFO, Lesco, Lumen Dynamics, Dymax, Loctite, Omnicure, Hamamatsu...  Use our complete system or order individual elements as precision building blocks for your UV curing enclosures.

An optional Electronic Interlock Unit (EIU) is also available providing additional safety, locking the slide closed and initiating the spot cure's curing cycle.

XYZ UV Enclosure

This table height UV and impact protection enclosure will accommodate most bench top dispensing systems, allowing you to replace thermal cure or slow room temperature cure products with UV curable materials while ensuring adequate operator safety in a stand alone station configuration.  UV Spot Cure system can be placed within the enclosure or on the side platform for ease of calibration and set up.
